DEFINITIONS

Activation - To make active; cause to function or act - to stir up the gifts "Wherefore I put thee in remembrance that thou stir up the gift of God, which is in thee by the putting on of my hands." 2 Timothy 1:6 

Apostolic - Pertaining to the office of an apostle.  An apostle is a messenger of the Lord who must rely on the grace of God for insight and direction. In this end time, God is restoring the office of the apostle and the prophet to the local church.  An Apostolic ministry is essentially team ministry   1 Corinthians 15:10 

Five-Fold Ministry - Is made of laborers from five different areas of ministry who help build the local church.   "And He gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers." Ephesians 4:11 

Impartation - Imparation is a method of releasing believers into new dimensions of the Spirit.  Imparation can be done in various ways:

1) By words which carry spiritual power. They can be containers of the anointing.  This includes PROPHECY (1 Samuel 10:5,6), PREACHING (Acts 10:44), TEACHING (Deuteronmony 32:3), and CONVERSING (lUKE 24:32) 

2) By Association we are affected by the people we associate with.  Saul was another man when he came into contact with the company of prophets (1 Samual 10:5, 6).

3) By Tangible Objects or Physical Contact - Anointing oil (1 Samuel 16:13), LAYING ON OF HANDS (Deuteronomy 34:9), PRAYER CLOTHS (Acts 19:12), and BLOWING BREATH (John 20:22)

PRESBYTERY TEAM - "Neglect not the gift that is in thee, which was given thee by prophecy, with the laying on the hands of the presbytery." 1 Timothy 4:14

The Word presbytery is Greek for "presuterion" which means the order of elders.  The presbytery team is a group of elders assigned to be the governing, accountability headship, and leadership of the local church.  Members of the presbytery team should be able to minister "prophetically," and  "to lay hands" and "impart".

PROPHETIC - The ministry and work of the prophet. The disciplines of revelatory ministry. A series of spritual actions and ministry performed by a prophet or in a prophetic context. Acts and feats that manifest the presence or power of God.
